By accessing and using the website s3-football.com and the S3 Smart Scouting System platform (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

S3 Smart Sports Systems provides a scouting and sports data analytics platform that enables football clubs and scouting professionals to connect their data, rank players, and generate reports. The Service includes:

• Access to the S3 Smart Scouting System web platform.
• Player ranking, comparison, and profile creation tools.
• Organization, watchlist, and report management.
• Consulting services under a separate agreement.

3. Registration and accounts

• To access the platform, you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the Service without written authorization.

5. Intellectual property

7. Plans and payments

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
